Fenton Forge provides website building and hosting services on edge-native infrastructure.

3. Account Requirements

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for account security
• One person per account (no sharing)

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Fenton Forge for:

• Illegal activities
• Malware distribution
• Spam or phishing
• Content that violates UK law

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. We retain ownership of our platform code and technology.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts for violations. You may delete your account at any time.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes resolved in UK courts.
